Personally, I would prefer for the team to get focused and win nine games. Not sure that will happen, but we can hope. It does, however, seem that Dana just can't manage the program as a head coach. And the fact that he hasn't recruited a bigtime QB is reason to be concerned and possibility a reason to fire him. Further if the report is true that Shell and Smallwood make the decision on who should play and when - that to me shows a total lackof management of the program.</blockquote>
