Later in the year, I'd pick Bama but they'll be breaking in a new QB and LT. I think it'll take those guys a few games to settle in.</p>

till I heard that the Hokies stud RB is out for the season with an injury. I expect Okie State to beat UGA and NC State to beat South Carolina. I fully expect Auburn will have their hands full with La Tech. I still think that we'll roll into Jordan-Hare in week 2 and pull the W.

Edited to add: Now watching replay of LSU vs Florida 2006. Chris Leak sucked. No arm strength and zero mobility do not make for a winning combo in an SEC QB.

does that equal breaking in a new QB? don't know, but those alabama ***** can still run the ball and play defense.

Although that really wouldnt be an upset either considering LSU is back to mediocre

in the preseason polls (AP at least) - OSU is 9th and Georgia is 13th. And I think the game is at OSU. It might be an upset if Georgia somehow wins.

And playing RB is nowhere near as complicated as playing QB. I don't think losing their RB is going to make too big of a difference for them.

I dont think VT will be able to handle Alabamas D-Line and their back up RB is down too so they are gonna be relying on a true freshman

c'mon, do you really think it's that out of the question? We are- Em State, but you guys are oftentimes in the same boat.

It will NOT be Ole Memp.

I agree. The Nutt Factor for any team he coaches is to lose 1-2 games they have no business losing and winning 1-2 games they have no business winning. If I had to guess on the loss they have no business losing I would pick South Carolina or Vandy. Game they win they have no business winning - Bama.

I can think of one season off the top of my head where the Nutt factor didn't come into play. They went 10-4 with all 4 losses to teams that finished in the Top 5.
