Took several weeks to wake my body up from about a decade of a mostly sedentary lifestyle, but I'm back in the groove now and feel years younger. Tough to quantify, but it seems like the creatine is really doing some work. Everything just feels better and younger. Fewer aches and nagging pains, able to move around athletically. Starting to see gains when lifting.
I played baseball with 8 year olds basically all weekend. 4 months ago, if I had done that, I wouldn't be able to move today. Instead, I kicked *** (my own) in the gym. Getting to this point was actually a huge goal of mine. Time to move the goalposts. Probably gonna focus on the mirror and increasing resistance in the gym. If my body holds up, may go for some athletic goals like dunking (or maybe just grabbing rim or dunking 9.5'... I'm 43 and 5'-10"), hitting a baseball out on a HS/College field, throwing a certain velocity, etc. Those are more fun.
