When was the last time a current Big Ten Head Coach left to go directly to another Big Ten school as Head Coach without another job in between? I know the SEC has had some movement in recent past (Houston Nutt from Arkansas to Mississippi). Would it have been as far back as when John Pont left Indiana to come to Northwestern in the early 70s? Not sure if I see Fleck leaving Minny for UNL unless it really was a big money move, but then I'd think the Gophers would try to find a way to match it.
