Florida down 6-4 Bottom 8th to North Florida. What's up with that?

Florida is not good at all this year. About to fall to 3-6 if this score holds. They just got swept at home by Florida Gulf Coast.

They lost A TON to the draft and their best pitcher is out for the season. We could definitely sweep them when they come to The Dude. O'Sullivan is probably my least favorite SEC coach, so I would definitely enjoy that.

Agree on O'Sullivan being King of Douches. How did they not have guys to step in for the guys lost in the draft? Is O'Sullivan even trying to recruit? If this is no fluke, then I'm really glad they suck. We owe them an *** whipping.

Really no excuse considering the fertility of their recruiting grounds...

..there is probably more D1 baseball talent in a 60 mile radius of Gainesville than there is in all of Mississippi & Alabama combined. It seems Florida is headed for a crappy year in baseball, but it's inexcusable. Even coach34 could recruit top 25 talent to that place.

O'Sullivan's really not a great coach.

Been fortunate with the talent he has, but for him to compete he'll have to keep top recruits coming in. Because his coaching leaves a lot to be desired.

Bruce Pearl was booted at UT, Sullivan became the SEC coach I root against the most.

Added to the loss last night to the mighty University of North Florida, was the fact that they lost in extra innings on a single + sacrifice **** + balk + double. Apparently, the Ospreys' play pretty good against the gators, evening their all time record at 6-6.

Post game, Sullivan said ... “I’m just a little disappointed, This is not a time to panic or start pointing fingers; we just have to play better." (Translation ... This 3-6 start is NOT due to my coaching)

So far, #13 Florida has won 2 of 3 to Duke, lost to Ga Southern, lost 3 of 3 to Florida Gulf Coast and last night to UNF.

Oh, and the Miami 'Canes come to Gainesville for three games starting Fri evening. There is 'no love' lost between these two.
