I work in Jackson, and I wouldn't get off untill 5 that Friday, but with this late of a start I think I could make it.

Any thoughts on the drive?

I saw tickets were all over stub hub, does anyone have any advice? not sure if our athletic dept is sold out are not?

Considering I've seen a night game in Death Valley this season already, add in a Night Game in the Swamp, the heading over to Bryant Denny, and hopefully a bowl trip... could make for one hell of a season.

Staying with some family in the Orlando area though. If it's a night game, we should try to meet up beforehand.

I've been trying to plan this trip for a year now. I've been waiting on game time before making hotel arrangements. We're stopping in Gainesville for the game on the way home from Disney. If it's an afternoon game, we'll head towards home after the game. If it's a night game, we want to find a hotel in the area. Guess I get to wait another week before knowing.

I'm betting that it will be a night game!

Whats the reason for the delay? I guess they want to see how this weekends games go?

So far, Vandy and GA play at 11:21 on the SEC Net and LSU and McNeese St play at 7:00 on FSN.

but I think we have to beat Houston and Florida has to beat LSU for this to happen . If one of us loses , and the other wins ,we are probably stuck on the deuce. If we both lose we will be stuck with Herm Edwards and Ralph will be our QB for another game.

that was the game Bama beatus 17-0 and there wasnt an offensive TD scored the whole game . I tend to block out the Croom era as best I can.

....Alabama was 8-0 coming in, and we were so excited that we were only down 3-0 at the half, then wham-bam, two turnover scores within three minutes of starting the second half.

MSU Stat of the day: 103 Croomtastic total offensive yards.

Other stat of the day: Alabama held the ball 12 minutes longer than we did.

I did get to see a small part of the game in the ICU. The part I saw was Mike Henig throwing the ball up for grabs and someone for Alabama picking the pass off. They may have scored a TD on the play, but I was half paying attention because I was doing something.
