Law enforcement in this country is a joke. They are the problem whether they were the last one picked in little league or they couldn't get a date to prom ...these losers now take it out on young people and people who don't have resources to challenge them. Does anyone think the world is safer because a person was arrested for making a dog bark?

Barking could easily describe the sounds that would try to come out of my mouth if i could make it to 4 in the morning.. probably wouldnt know who or what i was talking to either. He was just talking to the wrong thing at the wrong time.. so i could feel for this guy. BUT I DONT!!!
I think it's safe to assume he was prolly being a prick if the arrested him. Stupid none the less I agree. I'm glad law enforcement is out here willing to do what they do though.
I will say this, nothing is worse than an officer who abuses his power or is out to get people. Way more good cops out there than bad.

Dont be an asshat by barking at a police dog. There, simple as that. If he wasnt an immature little ****, then none of this would have ever happened.
Personally, I have no problem with people being arrested for walking up to a police dog during arrests and antagonizing the dog by barking in its face.
Sorry, I'm not an expert in Florida law, so one of you guys will have to straighten me out here: is it an offense to "harrass" or "annoy" a cop? Trying to figure out what law was broken here.
I don't know, there are a lot of cops that believe in arresting somebody for "contempt of cop." Maybe not a majority of them, but close enough to 50% that you can't say way more good cops than bad.
It is an offense to interfere with police work. The police were in the process of making arrests of other people. He interfered by harassing the police dog. They simply told him to quit and were going to make him stand at the front of the car while they finished their police work. He resisted being detained and wound up getting arrested. Dude is an idiot. Don't mess with the police while they are in the process of investigating, arresting, or any other function such as that. Leave them alone when they are dealing with a situation that doesn't involve you.
