I don’t think it has anything to do with questioning anybody. Evidently there are rules the problem is nobody knows what they are. I know you do have to go through a process you can’t have boosters or alumni write a check to a recruit. That is what FSU was doing they just got caught. I would have to believe every school is doing this and I don’t know what the NCAA expected to happen when they OK’d the NIL.
