Yes…sorry for the delayed response but there are still several matches before Lee-Ono go at it.

Iowa goes 0-2 on the night. Ono takes the finale 3-2 over Lee and gives props to PSU and mat coaches Bo Nickal, Zain Retherford. Seth Gross techs Austin DeSanto 10-0.

Ono is a STUD. His defense was incredible. BUT...I NEVER thought I'd see Ono physically drive Lee off the mat more than once. Every one praises Lee's strength, rightly so, but Ono was the one that showed superior power in that match.
Funny you say that. Over on the HR cesspool they are complaining about push outs. Some saying they are useless and dumb. Ironically, these same chuckleheads were asking for push outs in folk style when Marinelli, DeSanto, etc were still on the Iowa roster. Also, some are complaining that the pushouts were BS because Lee was grounded (knees on mat). They said the refs sucked. A few more level headed ones then chimed in and said they were legit points and that ref is considered the best in the world in freestyle suggesting they relook at the film and it’s obvious Lee wasn’t grounded on at least two of the pushout points. You can’t make this stuff up. Some just can’t seem to wrap their head around the fact that Lee got manhandled by someone stronger and faster.
