We dealt with that 2 weeks ago vs LKN. We had something like 35 JV kids out, and some 600 kids out school wide. We got hit super hard

I was thinking about getting my flu shot this year. I haven't had the flu since 2014 but when I had it, it put me down. I know the flu shot may not prevent this strain but it'll lessen symptoms. All these different viruses is a big reason I hate cold weather.

Get it. Please. Almost killed me in 2014. Won’t hurt you, and may help you.

Last week against AL Brown we were without 3 starters, and several more missed lots of practice time. I believe all are back this week though.

Yeah, I know...it was all a conspiracy. That's what I tell the families of the two friends I lost to Covid.
I, too, lost friends and family to Covid....... but if you can honestly sit back and not think things dont seem shady and the lack of flu diagnosis' over the past (2) winters and all of a sudden it's rampant again and Covid has all but vanished; you are quite naive.

I have immediate family in healthcare and our local hospital doesnt even segregate Covid patients any longer, reside in general population. As of last week less than 10 hospitalized positive with Covid

I think there were hundreds of poor decisions made. It's typically what happens when a 100 year event occurs. I do not believe any of it was a giant conspiracy.

Covid was terrible, killed people and is still having a dramatic affect on people's lives. I'm glad it's done with and pray it never happens again

One thing I can say is this Flu is no joke . Now I am with y’all on the Covid and flu thing . Now I did have Covid in 2021 and it felt like bad case of the flu . Now with the flu my grandkids all 6 of them and my mama and my little girl age 5 years old has gotten the flu . My little girl and 2 of grandkids caught it this week and the other ones last week. When I say they were sick they were . My little girl today is finally eating a little and today was the first day she hasn’t ran a fever. So either Covid was the flu are this is Covid and they are calling it the flu . And if you are a parent/ grandparent get some motion and Tylenol on hand. Cough is the first thing they get them stomach pains and bam the flu with high fever
