I lived in Yuma Az for 15 yrs and most of the Mexican workers wore long sleeves as the said it kept them cooler! Not sure the shirts were back though!

But in Arizona you don't have the humidity. The dewpoint and humidity was like a freaking jungle here yesterday.

The first thought that came to my mind, wasn't this at night under the lights? Not so hot when the sun is not out. If the sun was out I'd also be freaking out that he's not only wearing long sleeves, but that it's black.
