you walked into the stadium (or watched on TV for that matter) feeling good about the dawgs chances that day, maybe even a little cocky that we could skull drag the opponent. I'm not talking about some directional school but an SEC or a major nonconference foe. Damn, it been a long time, but for me it was BYU in Provo. It felt good to be a Bulldog that day.

When I saw Smoot walk the Dawg Walk wearing the aligator necklace, I knew an *** kicking was on the horizon and I wasn't let down.

Per Hank Flick, "3rd and 57 for the Gators."

I felt really confident that we were going to beat Ole Miss in 2007. They were 3-8 finding ways to lose games and we were finding ways to win them. Even down 14-0, I felt like we would find a way pull it out somehow. I figured it was going to be a Scheaffer INT returned by Pegues or something like that, though. I wasn't confident that we were going to skulldrag them, though. I knew that anything could happen in the Egg Bowl.

As far as the skulldraging of an opponent, for me it was Vandy 1999. That was the year that douchebag from Vandy made fun of how many JUCO players we had, and basically talked about how stupid our team was. I knew we were not going to let that slide. Sure enough we came out and kicked their *** at their place 42-14. And one of their TD's was when an official blew a call where a guy for Vandy stepped out of bounds. That was the game where Smoot told the guy for Vandy that he would let him catch a pass if he did his homework.

Miller was out and they started a freshman qb with no experience, plus we were really good especially on defense. Also Alabama in 2000, they sucked and were on probation and we man handled them like I thought we would.

Florida 2004 i felt real good about it all week leading up to the game. And then Alabama 2007 was all too perfect.
