Take this for FWIW about season ticket sales ... but I've been trying to get tickets in the east side club level for a few years, but none have been available (I've never been a Bulldog Club member and have never had season tickets for any sport, so have zero priority). I'd even emailed the athletic dept a time or two, and been told to just check the website after season ticket renewals to see if anything was available, but nothing ever was.

So this morning a family member (who's already a season ticket holder) forwarded me an email for people interested in premium season tickets - it had a waitlist you could join for all the different box/club/loge tickets. I thought "Oh this won't do any good since nothing's been available for years, but what the heck" - filled it out with all my contact info and checked the box for east side club level seats. Less than an hour later my phone rang, and yada yada yada, I now have club level season tickets. Gave her my card number over the phone and the whole thing took less than 10 minutes. She even emailed me a map to pick out a parking pass. Not sure if it's slow ticket sales, or Selmon running a tighter ship, or both, but who cares - I'll have a prime seat to watch what might be some awful football.

Yes, ticket sales are down. Many seats were available during the upgrade process. They've cleared the waiting lists for the Gridiron, Scoreboard, and Wade Clubs.

How much were they? FYI - you are now a BC member. Congrats.

When I renewed in May, I got a prime parking spot. Whatever lot that is directly on west side of the stadium. I’ve been trying to get anything closer than lot 36 for over a decade now.

If this isn’t some club-level premium MSU pre-shittting, humble-bragging 17you to the system…

I don’t know what is. Kudos.

$2,400 contribution + $450 ticket price, so each seat was $2,850. What do I win for being a BC member??

We’re really hurting bad. And it’s gonna get worse if this season goes like Vegas & I think it will and we don’t make a change.

Are you having to pay the seat premium (fairly pricey) in addition to the price of the tickets? I've not bought season tickets since about 2017, but as I recall the per seat price was about $1800 "donation" plus whatever the ticket cost. For two, the cost was well over $4K. I stopped buying tickets because the near 400 mile round trip was getting taxing on the body. Parking pass was something like $30 per game as well.

You're now probably about number 15,000 on the priority list. You'll get a free program each week and maybe a decal. And a very nice cooled and heated inside area for breaks, and (usually pretty good) food is included.

This is your prize…when you figure out the only way to get your money’s worth is from the unlimited food and soft drinks.

You also get a locker to store booze that's supposed to be illegal on a college campus, but there's a "no look" day before the season starts for stocking.

I'm in the scoreboard club, but didn't get the email, did you talk to the ticket office or bulldog club?

It was an email from the BC to another family member who already has seats in that section - they knew I'd been trying to get some so forwarded it to me.

Yeah, it's the contribution plus the season ticket price for each seat. Doing it to see if I can get my daughters interested in going to the games, because I know they won't be interested if they have to be out in the heat/cold/rain. Parking pass was something like $225 for the season.

Usually pretty good food? Perhaps

The same food every week? Mostly true
