Rich Piana died at age 46 after being in a coma for a few weeks. I saw a few of his YouTube vids, kind of funny, kind of sad. I'm no body builder or follow, I just remember seeing his videos popping up and watching a few, you could tell that he worked out a lot, and of course, steroids got him to look freakishly huge.
