at 9 AM Saturday morning to get me some of those tickets. Got (2) seats in the lower level MSU section in the 5th row for 50$... 6$ per ticket for service fee.

He looked about 15 minutes later for more, but everything else was in the upper deck.

when I ordered mine from the University months ago and I am stuck in the lights... Section 640, row DD! I think that is about 3 rows from the top! I would hope if we had tickets left unsold, our Athletic Dept would not return lower level tickets.

Mine came in the mail yesterday. Section 640, row FF. Is that the top row? I honestly don't care, because it's the only State game all year I'll be able to see in person. No way I'm missing it, even if I'm stuck in the clouds.

but I am not sure if that is true in all sections. I hope it isn't, Tiger Stadium is one tall mother... I did hear LSU cut back on thenumber of visitors tickets they give in the lower decks,cut it from 4 sections to 2. Everyone else will have bloody noses.

At least you'll see it coming when they throw things at you.

Sounds like either (1) we held some good seats, in case some big donors wanted them, and returned them when they didn't sell, or (2) LSU keeps some seats in the visitors' section and sells them as individuals so as to infiltrate the anti-corndog crowd.

Of course the funny thing is all of the Bama fans would think that we are royally awesome for putting "the Bear" on their tickets.

The extra allotment isn't on sale until this coming Saturday. If you went through an LSU season ticket holder to get good visitor section seats, more power to ya, butyou did not go through the same avenue as State fans purchasing tickets from our allotment. The Bulldog Club held lower level seats for high end donors. Most people were awarded upper deck seats. This is from the mouth of an MSU ticket office rep.

And these tickets were presented to him in a mass e-mail to all LSU season ticket holders as "returned from MSU".</p>

Evidentally, we gavethem avery limited numberof lower level tickets at Scott Field,about 2,000(which our hands are tied b/c we do not have a complete bowl), so they did they same to us this year - gave us 2,000 lower level tickets.They soldthe remaining tickets in the lower level labeled"visiting seats"to the general public.Wewho are not in the FMB or top donors in the Bulldog Club are stuck in the lights. </p>

because I tried to get tickets through MSU some time ago.... and was told we're sold out.

I couldn't believe it when he said he could get me lower level tickets for face value... I was bout to shell out $100 per ticket for an upper deck seat.

They're not the best in the world, but not horrible.

And I find it hard to believe that their upper deck is more steep than Neyland.
