What about local high schools? Any good coaches at State College High? No relo, quick, costs less. Don’t have to worry if they could afford local housing.

I love the possibility of Cignetti but this might need to be a quick hire and it's not going to be an up and comer or a guy from anywhere other than a power 4 coach.

Yeah I’m all about OC. Young QBs learning new verbiage every spring, imo, is a huge problem. Philly hurts, my Super Bowl champion, hints how much it sucks. Im not worried about 1 or my birds but anybody watching knows the O is not clicking (yet)

I love manny and honestly, I disagree with a lot of posters, I think this will be a highly coveted job.....I just keep coming back to the idea of offense and qb development....it means everything in modern football.
