If your unhappy with the product, which I am. I think that we have enough to make more out of what we have than we are.
Which of the following would you point at?
1. not enough talent ---> crootin in a very tough conference/division and we get what's left over because of lacking facilities/budget
2. enough talent, but not getting nearly enough out of it
3. talent that you can't be very schematic with ---> you can't run what you want to run on either side of the ball because the players can't execute it. dumbing down the schemes.
4. he's too hardheaded to pass off enough responsibility to the position coaches and run the CEO role
5. the position coaches are flawed or not talented enough to compete with the other brainiac's in this conference
6. bad personnel choices or play calling is poor. We have the people, we just insist on using them wrong. that to me is a coaching issue.
7. handcuffed by NCAA compliance run by BB. relates back to #1. We can't get enough great players doing it the way we do it.
8. Just doesn't care....collecting that paycheck. Stay here as long as you can get away with 6-6
9. We are mstate, on again off again is the best we can hope for. We should be happy with 7-5, 6-6, or the occasional 8-4.
Obviously, some of these are tied to each other or have tangents. Maybe I miss some that you guys want to point out. feel free.
