if Miami does not go ahead and make another hire, Dan will have to come out and state he doesn't want the job. And we'll have to reup his contract a year and go public on the raise. All this needs to happen in the next few weeks if not sooner. Otherwise the mystery and rumors will undermine our recruiting.
