#14 pick overall. He may be the best pick I've seen in the first round. Great fit for Phillie and I think that's the first time I haven't heard Eagles fans boo their first round pick.
That is truth, a terrific player. My concern is there are ways to better deal with the difference in talent. Even allowing for some panic; the opposing player was basically allowed free reign on running his moves. That made many question what had been coached. I believe extra attention and expanded decision making is the state of O line coaching now; this will be better. GBR#14 pick overall. He may be the best pick I've seen in the first round. Best way to break up pass plays is to pressure the QB IMO. The kid has a tremendous first step and explosion off the line. I know his 40 isn't great but man his 10 yard time has to be phenomenal. I don't think he was a reach at all and man there have been plenty in this round. They'll get a corner but there has really been a run on DEs and he's one of the best IMO.Eagles fan, but not particularly thrilled with the pick. May be a good player, but we need a shutdown CB.
Hate the Eagles. Love the Steelers.Eagles fan, but not particularly thrilled with the pick. May be a good player, but we need a shutdown CB.
I had Jamal Adams, LSU Safety, Ed Reed type stud.Barnett was my #1 player in the draft.
Ummm....ya, breaking Reggie freaking Whites school records didn't factor in at all. LolFrankly, I think he owes Gates a lunch and his first charitable donation should be to the UNL athletic fund. We pretty much made him a top 15 pick.
