The Omaha community is begging for a MSU/LSU championship weekend cause they know if its anyone else in the finals, the attendance will drop to nothing. I had incredible time and that first game will be one if not the most memorable bulldog event I've ever attended.
Just priced plane tickets from Jackson to Omaha, $759 plus taxes, hotels close to the stadium $350 to $450 a night, in Council Bluffs from $150 to $200! All that plus dinner, game tickets and it is expensive. Upwards of $2,000 for a trip!
flying into Lincoln. Only 40 to 50 miles from Omaha. I talked to some other people and they flew into Kansas City and said it was like a 2 hour drive to Omaha.
