I pointed it out when it happened and told my wife, "that one is coming back" but there was never a flag thrown. It appeared to me that the Arkansas lineman grabbed Ferguson (I think) from behind on the arm and collar. Definitely bent him backwards a bit and slowed him down enough to take him out of the play. The Arky lineman then let him go. To me, that falls within the definition of holding. Is that what everyone else saw?

Yep, what I saw too. I said, "Damn the Arkansas guy just horse collared our DL."

With that said, my impression to was that the RB was past our DL and I doubt our DL runs him down. But it was nearly a horse collar and was in the wide open to be seen by all. Maybe a personal foul?

If anyone wants to complain about a call.......the no-call on the pass inference on....I think....Arceto Clark on a critical third down. The DB climbed his back. Geez.......then there was a facemask on Relf at one point. Then a Pig took down KJ Wright on a block with one hand holding Wright's facemask. You got to like the video board.......

But I sound like a UPig fan now......officiating did not lose this game.

at least last years Bama team since this year didn't really matter, but I digress. On this play there was a chop block in the area where the guy first caught the ball and the other garbage. It was just a bunch of ****. I really don't see why the SEC doesn't do open grading of each game. You don't have to say who missed the call or even get into the specifics of each missed call, but give the officials a grade on each game and give it out to the public. It would go a long way in the conference trust factor.
