How hard us this process? Instructions say to show up at gates 1 or 2, swipe the credit card used as ID and enter the game. Can I expect long lines for this? Or will I be in the park within 10 min of arriving at these gates?

Its the same line that everyone else uses to get into the park. So no different then if you had the tickets in hand. Swipe your card and seconds later his device prints out tickets and you are in. You aren't waiting on someone to lookup anything. They swipe your card and you keep moving.
The 3 games I used FS for last weekend,had relatively no wait time.
Just bring the Credit Card associated with ticket purchase or your account. They swipe it and print your ticket for you. The FS representatives are at the gate behind home plate and the RF corner entrance, at the far right of each gate. Pretty simple. I will be using FS tomorrow night as well.

Bring the credit card you bought your tickets with, and everyone in your party that you bought tickets for. Then decide which gate to go to and wait in line til you reach the gate. Friday I walked over from a restaurant at 1:50 and I was seated within 5 minutes. Very convenient and easy
