As a Wildcat fan I saw a lot in your game yesterday to be positive about. BYU, even with the injuries and suspensions is a good team. They are tough mentally, and had the height advantage in the passing game. That hail Mary could have gone either way.
I was impressed with the Huskers yesterday. I really was. Progress is being made and as a K-Stater I know progress can be a painful thing. As an outsider who watches your games as often as I can, I really think I saw a tighter, more purposeful Husker squad than I have seen in many years. It's hard to lose one like that, but again, as an outsider, I think this year is going to go better for you than many of you seem to think.
Good luck the rest of the way. I think you are going to be surprised by the end of the season and are going to surprise some people too.
