A fair question for sure... but really, the wrong question.Do you realize you'll be seeing what amounts to a tribute band? Assuming no Mick Jones, there will be no original/classic era members in the band at all.
Agree 100%, and you can add about 30 others to that list. But your first mistake is listening to "classic rock stations" in the first place. Any station where I know the song within 1/2 a second, even if I switch channels and pick it up mid tune, is a non starter to me.

There is a reason "classic rock" is still the #1 genre...it is the best music we listen to.
What? You only listen to brand new music all the time?Any station where I know the song within 1/2 a second, even if I switch channels and pick it up mid tune, is a non starter to me.

I agree 100%. I would much rather hear a more obscure song from Led Zeppelin than Stairway to Heaven for the 115,000th time. Same with pretty much all the classic rock bands.to me, it is not the artists of classic rock that suck but it is the song selection that radio stations employ.
if you do like classic rock, you probably prefer to hear deeper cuts than the radio-friendly choices or just their highest ranking hit song.
i used to love many of the bands listed but have been burned out on the same three songs you get to hear...
