Saw on the Market Report that pine pulp logs were bringing $1 - $4 a ton. $1 per ton, what a waste of land.

Yeah, I do know what Central means. Do you know what a vehicle is? The guy I suggested manages land in three states. I seriously doubt he has a problem driving a little.

I need to get a second thinning done next year. I don’t see prices changing a lot over the next couple years. I don’t have beetles

Well I was just going by his question. I would assume he would have said
"Looking for a forester in MS. Does anyone have a recommendation?" If it didn't matter.

there was an article in the wall street journal not long ago that discussed the issue with having so much planted in pine stands right now. So many people planted their pastures in pine and now we have an over abundance of it. Too many including my father put a lot of investment into it only to not be able to get anything back out of it except hunting land.
