Recorded a 1/2 sack for Virginia Tech last night against NC State and was very close to having another. He is already getting meaningful reps as a redshirt freshman.
Met him on a recruiting trip to Marshall his senior year. Only talked to him briefly but seemed as nice a kid and you'd like to meet. I know from the times the Raiders played them he was a force with a great low center of gravity.
