David King a former Riverheads player, as been named one of team captains for Liberty University this season. King worked his way up from a Walk-on to Captain.

Wonder what his senior season at Riverheads would have held for him on the field? Injured driving to the jamboree scrimmage of all things. Selfless athlete that worked hard to recover and support his team that season. Sounds like he has parlayed that into success at the next level.
