to put him on the list for free football tickets this fall.

Unbelievable.

This is from Matt Stevens summary of MSU's Motion for Summary Judgment.

that this morning and thought "What a joke." So Forrest, this staff cause you so much emotional distress that you still text them? You even have the nerve to ask for free tickets (for friends)to football games, even though you get them being a student? What a *****.

explains Cohen's "I have no comment, but I am looking forward to comment" quote that he had when all of this came out.

Has anyone seen a copy of the most recent pleadings? I'd like to read them, and I don't understand why none of the MSU bloggers has put up a link to the documents. I appreciate the summary, but I'd really like to see the original documents instead.

Also, does anyone practice in this area? I'm curious what the odds of summary judgment are in front of this judge. I'm guessing pretty slim since it's in state court, but I have no knowledge of what this judge or court are like.

I will say though that if Rusty is the same doctor i'm thinking about, he is the doctor that told me i had tommy johns in my elbow after landing on it hard tackling someone in football. I couldn't move myarm forabout two weeks, so i gota second opinion from another doctor at an orthopeditic clinic in jackson who exrayed my elbow. Turned out i had a huge chunk of bone floating around in my elbow. Let's just say i don't really trust Rusty with the help of our players.

I'm no ortho, but isn't Tommy Johns a medical procedure, as opposed to an ailment (as you say)?

Is the MSU team doctor and has been since I was a student in 1991. He repaired my ACL while I was at MSU. He did a great job with my knee.

Tommy John is a person (former baseball player) who essentially had the surgery named after him because it was first done on him. If he said you have an injury similar to Tommy John, then there you go. Whether you were diagnosed correctly, who knows, but Dr. Linton is widely recognized as a very good doctor, and was named SEC Team Physician of the Year last year I believe.
