You do understand they were classified AFTER they were sent or received? They weren't classified at the time they were received. And don't get me wrong, I'm not a big Hillary fan. She supports the Citizen's United decision.
I don't see why anyone thinks this matters, other than Hillary is saying it. Emails outside of government space on a closet server can be obtained just as easily, probably easier, from the server itself after it's been received/sent as the actual transmission process. Just based on the fact that things could be classified after it was sent, she screwed up.
It matters because she didn't break ANY laws or violate ANY policies. You right wingers just get hung up on the stupidest stuff...birth certificate, Muslim president, communist dictator, violating the constitution, etc. etc.

How can you possibly claim she broke no laws or policies. She sent out a memo to all State Department personnel that they must not use personal emails for State business, lol. The FBI just started to investigate possible illegal activity. Although, since the DOJ is thoroughly politicized, I'm sure nothing will come of it. She's a lair and even tried to steer government business to the Clinton Foundation, even MSNBC acknowledged this fact.
How do you account for the one telling her not to share with anyone? Was that referring to a surprise party or someone seen with someone not supposed to be?

Let's face it people. Hillary is a **** bag. She was trying her best to keep certain information out of the public eye otherwise she would have NEVER ran her own email server. She's been caught. Whether it was 1 classified email or 0, whether she lied about have classified email or not, it's time to call a spade a spade and put her corrupt *** out to retirement.
Do you think Trey Gowdy may want to talk to the FBI/Intel fellow who said they were classified after Hillary and then said that was not the objective of their investigation when asked about the last 7000 pieces released?
Absolutely he will. But neither Gowdy nor any of the other 14 committees trying to put the match in Hillary's hand that lit the fire that killed Chris Stevens ever has or ever will succeed, but like their 1,887 votes to defund Obamacare, the GOP will press on with their endless and pointless "investigation" of Benghazi.

Anyone still defending Hillary is willfully ignorant or just stupid. She violated the law. She has attempted to cover it up by destroying government property and she has attempted to mislead the american people with her comments. All this is not debateable
You are satisfied with the results of Benghazi? I honestly feel there are some people who are vulnerable. And, like you, it is only an opinion that may or may not be substantiated by hearings.
Obamacare, do you have any recollection as to what that was originally claimed to accomplish? I don't think many people were surprised that insurance costs went up and we still have reported 40 million uninsured. What is the beauty that it has accomplished in your eyes?
