Endless split screen shots of Kevin Wilson with the 3 signalers on the sideline and stuff on the field. Barely a mention of Mullen and MSU. So-so commentators.

I say a network with virtually no college football presence shouldn't be allowed to swoop in and buy major broadcast rights like BCS games. The big stage gets here and the viewers are saddled with a rookie production.

one more year of this grease fire until espn get the bcs in 2011. i cant think of a sporting event that was on fox that i actually enjoyed watching/hearing. i guess the baseball postseason could get a pass b/c they have buck, but he usually gets saddled with some know-nothing, or a guys who was washed up in the 80's....

I'd rank them several notches below that, and I usually don't rag on announcers. What on earth led them to believe we continually needed to be told the differences and similarities between the NFL and college rules? It was if Fox believed they were bringing some new, unseen product to the masses and needed to explain everything.

And after listening to Charles Davis for the 15th time say "See, see.. in the top left righthand box, there's Kevin Wilson. He's calling down the play. And in the lower right lefthand box there's these two coaches. Now Kevin Wilson calls it down see. And these two coaches... the ones in the left.. I mean bottom.. Well, anyway.. one is live and one is a decoy...." And all the while the ball has been snapped already.

The national anthem and flyover being so pitiful were both very foreboding of the rest of the television production night. I wish the NCAA would refund Fox's money and resubmit bids for next year to CBS and ESPN.

Fox has revolutionized the way the college game is viewed. Randomly showing the bands, fans, and cheerleaders instead of things like pre-snap motion or multiple replays from the play before.

******** they clutter the screen with. Do they think I actually give a damn about some women's basketball score from the pacific northwest while I'm watching a bowl game? Also, what was with the extra clutter of live freaking chat posted to the top of the screen during the Boise/TCU game? FOX=SUX while ESPN=TACKY.

"Interactive Tuesday" thing they did on the Tuesday night games this season. i think you could text/e-mail in comments & they scrolled them across the top of the screen. i first noticed it during the Troy - FAU game, like the 3rd week of the season.

The split screens were damn annoying too. Not because they split the screen, but because of what they were showing in them. Why don't they show the equipment manager making sure Tebow's helmet is on correctly? Or some large-chested Florida fan cheering in the stands?

Buck & Aikman are the best.

Moose is good enough to make me forget about Goose, who is a shade better than John Correro.

...State fans should have fond memories when they hear that name. Of course, I never realized it until many years later, but just to give you guys a hint.....Davis should know Fred Hadley and Louis Clark well. Another hint......only a State fan remembers a meaningless win from 22 years ago.

During the Texas game they had a damn microphone right by the Texas drum section. About half the time it was drowning out the announcers (maybe not a bad thing). The entire production value for the games they did was just ****. I know some people don't like the ESPN score banner but it least you get a lot of information for the space it takes up. You know timeouts and play clock and ****, with FOX they are taking up all that space and telling you nothing!

The counting up to the OU snap was really annoying. I would have punched a FOX executive had I been near one.
