This week, on the Fox, we have some good match ups..
Game of the week,
Jacobs @ Cary Trojans. Cary D has been the surprise of the early season. Top D in the Fox! Stopping Strickland will be key. He's the best player we've played since Evans week 1. Stop him, ball control with Skol, Priester and gang and I see Cary by atleast 2 TD's. Maybe, Beth Long will then list us as 26 ranked team in her Top 25.
Dundee @ East Aurora. Highlanders have two winnable games the next two weeks. This is their best opportunity. Dundee by 7.
McHenry @ CLC. Centrals Defense will have another tough day. I see Crowley having another big game. Warriors by 28+. Hope Central's JV team is healthy enough to play unless their "sickness" is being allergic to good competition.
PR @ CLS. Not much to say here. Question will be who scores more TD's, Evans or Guilbransen. There will be a running clock, question is, will it be before halftime. Could be some good line match ups with Souths twin D1 recruits vs Pr's Jenkins.
Hampshire @ Huntley. Whip-purs next two games will be good, this week, not so much. Huntley by running clock by halftime. Red Raiders are too big, too fast. Will be surprised if they are not ranked top 10 next week in 8a AP.
Also, for those asking, heard PR's JV is the team to beat. Frosh/soph top dog is Jacobs.
