Someone is butthurt because they watched the show and they are now bigly disappointed.

No at all. Just pointing out the idiocy of saying how wrong someone is when you didn't even watch the show. That's pretty simple. Surely even you can comprehend that, right?

And you didn't even watch the show. Go ahead and give us a full critique of where she went wrong.
You mean like you make claims about FOX NEWS that you never watch? I learned enough about the nut years ago before I tuned them all out....including FOX.

Are you saying that the Russians knew in 2008 that Trump would become the POTUS?

When did he sell it? And in the year that he sold it, how did the Russian know he would become president? Again, do you realize how stupid that sounds?

It doesn't matter what year he sold it, he claimed the gain on his 2005 returns apparently. What's the crime? Sounds to me like he made a nice profit for himself. However he did sell it to a Russian, so obviously that's not allowed...especially if they used the money to help him buy the Presidency.

No. Did you read that in this thread?
I did read in this thread the Maddcow insinuation that Trump reaping a big profit by selling a house to a Russian in 2008 is suspicious. I would bet that Trump has made many deals like that. NOW..... if Trump made the deal on some tarmac in 2016 I MIGHT be a little more concerned.

"The real-estate market might be slumping, but not for Donald Trump, who sold his Palm Beach mansion for $100 million, his spokeswoman said Wednesday.

"In an age of so many people getting hurt in real estate, it shows that you can still do well in real estate," Trump told The Associated Press in a phone interview.

His spokeswoman says $100 million is the most ever paid for an estate in the U.S., though there is no way to verify that claim.

Russian fertilizer billionaire Dmitry Rybolovlevpurchased the roughly 60,000 square-foot oceanfront home, which Trump fixed up after buying it for $41 million in 2004." -deseretnews.com

So a Russian decides to throw $60 million in Trump's pockets in 2008 when the housing market had crashed and they coincidentally meet numerous times on tarmacs in the US in 2016 but there is nothing to see here?

I think it warrants further investigation.

Does everyone see now how this crowd operates (the Left)? Hillary takes God knows how many uncounted millions in donations from known Foreign adversaries buying favors and access to her while she's working in the State Department and setting up a run for the Presidency and this doesn't even get so much of a "Huh?" from anyone on the Left.

Perfectly fine, let's put her in the White House even though she's bought and sold several times over by Foreign characters who might not necessarily be our friends.

Trump sells his private residence (sells it, not took a donation for it) and the buyer is a Russian. Now the Left wants it "investigated" over a phantom charge that Russians colluded with Trump to influence or steal the election from Hillary.

One action is totally illegal and possibly criminal not to mention treasonous. The other is perfectly legal, does not involve any U.S. Government official at the time it happened, and had nothing to do with any actions related to the election or the campaign...but it needs to be "investigated".

We are dealing with mentally unbalanced and seriously deranged folks on the Left when it comes to Trump.

Their planes were both parked on the same tarmac once in Charlotte which coincidently only has one tarmac for private planes. There is your investigation moron.

That poster didn't earn a "degree" per se Dave. It was actually a highly coveted "certificate of imbecility" which is rarely granted except in unusual instances of demonstrated outstanding merit which this poster obviously continues to display on a daily basis.

You forgot trading American dollars for Russian rubles, and actually speaking Russian on American soil. Gross violations of the espionage act, as well as aiding and abetting a Foreign adversary.

SS taxes are not computed in an effective tax rate of Income taxes. Yes, as a self-emloyed business owner, you reap certain benefits but must pay emloyee and employer SS taxes And I support that in the tax code. So no sympathy coming from me.
Your SS is half of your effective rate. You are a cheap skate stiffing the federal govt of it's god given right, by liberals, to confiscate your income.[winking]

Same Schedule K's, etc.?
Schedule K1s come from S Corps, Partnerships, etc .... Any of those can be LLCs but don't have to be. Basically the LLC designation means zero to the IRS. For taxes, you are either a sole prop, partnership or corporation.

That has already been investigated and resolved. I guess Maddcow never got the memo.

Who investigated it and when? Was there a presser discussing the results? You realize it was the same guy (Dmitry Rybolovlev) that bought his mansion for $60 million more than Trump payed? And the meetings were just last year?

Trump farted 60 times yesterday, matching the $60 million. I think you should investigate.

Wonder no more. I am very not smart.

Not all, but you can significantly reduce your SE tax.

I've had dixon Hughes goodman doing my taxes, had to because only DGH did the 401k summaries match etc, but I would have expected them to make sure I'm doing everything I could to lessen my tax. What is SE tax? This flow through crap kills us small businesses.

They met to give each other some items....Rybolovlev loves Vernors Ginger Ale and Trump wanted some authentic Russian Borscht. It was also reported that they were exchanging pleasantries about their Grandchildren.

Flow through crap helps small businesses. SE is self employment tax. I don't know your tax situation, so don't take it to mean your current accountant is doing something over. My original quote on being an s corp was on the assumption you were playing SE tax on everything. I think we are talking past each other on a message board, so i wouldn't take my non-brightness as gospel.
