Freddie is 6'5" and 225 lbs. He could only bench press 160 last year? That's laughable.</p>

Predictably, Tillman isn't ready to retire from football. Just as he was
told that Division I-A was beyond him, he is being told that the NFL is
out of his reach. When asked how many times he can bench-press the
standard 225 pounds, Tillman explodes in laughter. "How many times?" he
says. "Like, dude, I max 225, and then I rack it." You can't measure or
weigh or time guys like Tillman and get the story.

Goes without saying, but what Tillman may have lacked in physical strength he made up for 100 times over with heart.

It can be done without illegal drugs. Many years ago when I started working out to get back in shape I wasstuck at 225 lb bench. I read an article about a program called add 50 lbs to your bench press in 50 days.A little over a monthI was working out with 280. No roids. The only thing I took was vitamins and creatinine.
