I think the plaintiff's attorneys dropped these so as to focus the case on the ones where they think they can for sure get a guilty verdict. He can still go to jail for a long time. *If found guilty of course* my attorney told me to add.
He was found guilty on the 2 charges of travelling for hoes. He'll be out soon.

This is not a ‘Me, too’ opinion, so stop yourself if that’s how you think.

Ditty was a rapper who behaved badly. He had money to burn and he burned it doing bad things, but this crime hardly rose to the “crime of the century” level the press gave it. Had he not whipped his woman on camera, there would not have been a trial. He was convicted of paying for ‘ho’s’.

I bet he gets time served with probation. I can't believe the Mann act is still a thing. Must be something prosecutors use when nothing else sticks.

First off I can't stand Combs. But I never understood the racketeering charge. That to me is organized crime stuff and then they applied the RICO charge. The 2 main participants did so willingly so where was the sex trafficking? One stayed with him for 10 years and the other about 2. People are injecting race, money, and comparing him to OJ as to why he got off. I don't like him either but I saw nothing he did that would get him life in prison. Combs is guilty of being a sexual deviant. And he hired male escorts. All I know is it cost the taxpayers a lot of money for such a weak case. Government overreach IMO.

Yeah, he's a pretty despicable person. But there's a lot worse guys out there not in jail. This case was mostly BS.

Well, he did also threaten to kill another rapper for being with his former girlfriend. Set his car on fire to send a message. Had rivals physically beaten. Introduced minors like Bieber, Usher, and others to illicit drugs, alcohol, prostitution, and God knows what else, which is a crime. (allegedly*)

And there are rumors and circumstantial evidence of actual murders that can't be directly linked to him because he had other people carry them out (allegedly*).

So let's not pretend he was only a sexual deviant. He's a really bad guy who was basically running an organized crime family - and was proud of that until he got caught - but he is unfortunately rich enough to avoid a lot of what should be coming to him. Allegedly*

Yo, I’m just flossin’ while those two hoes over there scratch it out over who gets to knock the boots with me! - Kenny Fisher

Posts in the thread made me think of this quote.

I mean, he also paid to have another rapper's car bombed allegedly. So, he had a few irons in the fire.

The prosecutors probably overreached with the RICO charges, but what he was running and doing was pretty damn similar to organized crime in a lot of ways. The guy is a complete POS and how anybody other than family and people on his payroll could celebrate his acquittal on the more serious stuff is bonkers.

The judge could still give him as much as 20 years for what he did get convicted of. It'll likely be way less.

Didn't you guys see "Get Him To The Greek?" Diddy played himself, in every possible way, in that movie.

I literally haven't seen any news on this today. Are there really people celebrating his acquittal?

What am I saying, of course there are.

I said earlier time served with probation, but he will probably get more time. He bought hookers in another state and paid for them to come to California. If they were minors who did not have a choice that is one thing, but they were adults making their own decision to travel to California for what was probably a hell of a paycheck. If he had bought hookers in California, it would be just a fine. I think he is a horrible person with some serious perverted vices but hell that is one crime you should not have to do jail time for if it is adults.

I just think the time should fit the crime. A guy can get drunk, drive his car and kill someone and is out of prison in three years but if I get caught selling Marijuana I might never get out of jail. The Mann Act is to protect minors or women from human trafficking. I understand that but If some Mississippian hires a hooker from Alabama and meet up with them at a hotel in Columbus, he can get 10 years in prison but if he meets up with her at a hotel in Tuscaloosa it's a night in jail with a 500.00 fine. Some things are just nuts.

However even if he does time, it will be easy for him. He's a billionaire and no one will touch him while in prison. There will be money passed around to protect him. But then again that pervert will probably like it.

Some people will just never reform. Can’t be helped. I guess he’ll be a bad boy for life.
That mfer ain’t a “bad boy”. He’s a fetish idiot that worked the system and made money with no consequences.

Men that serve in special forces that kill people for a living more efficiently than anyone on the planet, that’s a bad boy.
