Since i have forever been one of the many to point out how terrible our FT shooting is, or better said, how terrible timing we have with missing key FTs- figured itd be good to point out how much better Bailey has gotten from the line.
If anyone can think way back 3 years ago to when he was a freshman and shot UNDER 40% from the line, compare that to now. His mechanics are night and day better. His release is consistent...hell he actually has a release and doesnt just shotput the ball! There is arc, there is touch, there is spin!
He is now 14 of 22 on the year for a blistering 63.5%!!! Ok, not blistering at all, but that is some serious improvement.
Hell, even his misses arent bad now. He gives the ball a chance to go in each time.
Just pointing that out since Stans and Co dont develop players and we dont practice free throws(and i recognize i am one who repeats both those arguments).
