Freeze to Florida

Don't think Muschamp's replacement will come from the SEC. They mentioned Malzahn ... he won't leave Auburn ... Florida's not that big a step up.
Rodriguez seems the most likely to me.

There is zero chance that UF hires a Monet like Freeze.
This is beyond stupid. Only thing that is funny is that we are going to get to use it against them all of recruiting season.

Seahawks 6-4 Pete Carroll might be ready to hook up again by then.
I think Florida could come up with the money. Heck you never know Larry Coker might be a option. Let's not forget Butch Davis. So many ways a school like Florida could go. I don't think any of those three happen but you never know.

My sources tell me its a done deal if Om beats ark. I guess you're right there's nothing to worry about*
Sorry the head coach was wrong. Hope y'all can find it in your hearts to forgive me.
Am I allowed to go back and bump "Leo is all dawg" posts?

So your source believes that Freeze and Sexton have already negotiated with Foley at Florida and were about to sign, when at the last minute, Foley pauses for a moment. "One more stipulation. You must beat an Arkansas team that has won 2 conference games in 3 years"
I would imagine Freeze and Sexton walked away sullenly, defeated..

I heard UF's dental schools is one of the top dental research schools in the country. They have worked up some big time inscisor incentives into Freeze's contract that Hugh is seriously considering. It could be the tipping point in the decision. Keep an eye on this one.
I know Carroll has made it clear that recruiting makes college a worse job than the NFL. Don't know if that rules out college if he thinks his run as a head coach is over in the NFL (although surely he's got as much job security as you cna have in the NFL).
Little known fact that foley really hates arkansas. His dad died of a heart attack from years of eating bacon*
No, you are not. But go ahead and do it, so it will bring about the inevitable.
My goodness. What is wrong with some of you people? The irony in this thread is Elite Dawg level. And that's saying something.
You call out Ole Miss fans and then they have the audacity to defend themselves. Between "cool story" Kurt Rambis and "day shift" Hatfieldms this place is about as fun as stumping your toe. Ya'll should change the rules to only State people.
I know Dawg at Auburn. You're going to ban me. Try not to **** all over your keyboard when you do it. Good grief.

no need to worry, because it's perfectly normal to begin contract negotiations with the intent on trying to keep a coach with 2 games remaining in the season.
The only answer to this is clearly because we lost. This place was OM-free since the Auburn game. Now that we've lost, they're back. And they don't seem to realize why we think it's funny.
And if they want to have decent discussions without slinging crap against the wall, then fine. But don't come here after a three week break that happens to coincide with our first loss and expect everyone to think the motives are pure.
I know a great coach that Florida could hire. He has SEC head coaching experience, has spent time coaching in the NFL, and has even beaten Florida with inferior talent...
Here's another article that has Hugh Freeze as a top candidate for the job:

Any one think its funny that although Ole Miss is his "dream" job, Freeze hasn't said anything about pulling his name out of the running for Florida?

I don’t think Freeze will take the Florida job.*

Exactly. Therefore, we are both safe****
All kidding aside, I don't think either MSU or Ole Miss is in danger of losing either one of our coaches this year. Everyone will speculate all they want, but I just don't see Freeze or Mullen leaving. Mullen has an actual opportunity to become the greatest coach in MSU history. He can be THE man there.

So you are saying Freeze stays at Ole Miss but doesn't want to be the greatest coach to ever walk the hallowed grounds of VH? Or are you saying you expect him to fail at his dream job?
