What are the post counts, etc. for the different poster ratings?

It's an attempt at a throwback to the levels we used to have in the 2003-2017 range or so.

It used to be pure number of posts, but I think they changed it to reaction score, as in how people have reacted to your posts with likes, loves and hahas
