Does anyone project Hurricane to affect games Friday ?

Looks as if I am only person in the state to look ahead at weather for Friday.

Don't think it will hurt any Friday games unless it speeds up. Saturday evening is the day it'll hit central/eastern VA.

Just got word that Galax and Ft Chiswell will play on Saturday. From what I have seen supposed to rain a lot Friday and Saturday but who knows for sure.

This could be one of those weeks where smart schools play on Thursday. I recall Gretna and Tunstall doing that once. They played on Thursday when bad weather was on way. Everyone else got rained out Friday, and played Saturday and Monday. It really hope Gretna that year. Got a few days extra rest. Hoisted the trophy in December if my memory is correct.

I agree with you about Thursday. I just found out the reason Galax and Ft Chiswell are playing on Saturday though is because Ft Chiswell wanted it move since they played Monday. It was not weather related sorry. But there may not be any games Friday or Saturday the way it is looking.

Forecasted track of storm can always change, but as of now, there should not be any impact on Friday games from the storm. Saturday could be a wet day.

Looks like a 20% chance of rain up here Friday. Shouldn't affect Clarke at Strasburg.
