Oh, I thought you just turned 21. You may want to consider going back to being an avid reader because you bring nothing to the table as a poster.
Good point. Of all the things there were to dislike about my most recent trip to Oxford (Egg Bowl loss on El Capitan's noble effort at a 50+ yard field goal), one of the things I hated most was the awkward walk from the tailgating/picknicing area to the stadium. They pride themselves on not being a cow college, but they make you feel like cattle getting in and out of the stadium. The whole damn place funnels through one place the size of Gate 1 at Davis Wade Stadium.zerocooldog said:maybe more of a down the street from the stadium gathering/production , you can't even see VHS from the grove.
I want to believe that someone created an account just to make fun of the terribleness that is Lee Thorne, but this post makes me think it may actually be Lee.Leethorne said:Agree Completely!!! The only redeeming thing about the Grove are the Ole Miss Chi O's!!!!!
Hold that Tiger", it gave me chills as an opposing fan.
I am just on my knees praying that this is actually him.studentdawg87 said:I want to believe that someone created an account just to make fun of the terribleness that is Lee Thorne, but this post makes me think it may actually be Lee.Leethorne said:Agree Completely!!! So, what you're saying is that The Grove is the Dudy Noble Field of tailgating, ie, once the best place in the world to tailgate but now just middle of the pack at best.FlabLoser said:Hotter women.el capitan wrote: _________________________________________________ what does Ole Miss have to offer that MSU doesn't?
Not that there isn't talent in The Junction. There is plenty. There's just more of it in The Grove. The Grove is just one damn jaw dropping experience after another. I'm tellin ya, in Oxford they redshirt Miss America contestants.
Prior to the rise of The Junction, MSU had nothing that compared to The Grove. Today.....its a push. I dare say Ole Miss had a several year head start on the rest of the SEC in tailgating. Its just in the last few years that everybody else has just as big of an outside-the-stadium gathering/production as Rebel fans do.
