... I know very little about CJ Johnson, But I'm going with my gut feeling that tells me CJ Johnson does not possess the academics to start school hopping.
I've always said - a recruit should never choose a school solely based on his relationship witha coach (unless it's our coach).
I highly doubt he leaves, but I hope he does. Every guy that leaves with this coaching change just puts them that much further into the gutter.</p>

the ironic thing is that numerous MSU folks told him last year that Nutt would likely get fired this season. He made his bed so I guess its time to lay in it.
Seemed like EVERYONE knew that OM was destined for a bad to mediocre season (6-6 at best), and that Nutt could definitely be fired. <div>

Recruits are rock stars. And they listen to people that tell them what they want to hear.
Surely the Right Reverend was filling them with just what they wanted. He knew those recruits were just as good or better than the recruits already believed that they were. And he'd just gotten Ole Miss to their best bowl streak in fifty years, FIFTY! The sky was the limit.
Then the hepper comes along with a show of goodwill just to prove how serious Houston is.

Everyone but UM fans maybe. I had a fairly wealthy Rebel alum tell me just days before the season opener that they'd have a "pretty good" team this year, 8-4 most likely. And was dead serious.
Hell, on Head to Head just over the last couple of weeks Cross had the KY game as a sure win. Never even entertained the thought that Ole Miss could lose, on the road no less, to the "worst team in the SEC". The superiority complex that fans of a program that hasn't accomplished anything in most of our lifetimes is unmatched. And it's why you'll continue to see pipe dream coaching candidates and 4 star recruits being fed horseshit about UM being right on the verge of taking over the SEC.

Its funny because Houston Nutt was definitely talking up the Mullen is leaving after next year to get all those recruits to commit to OM over MSU.
