how easy it is to lose weight when you leave certain things out of your "diet".

Back in May there was some article in some cycling magazine talking about how much he was riding. For a guy who can afford the most expensive equipment, he rides a Trek Madone Pinarello Dogma with DI2 DuraAce. Not cheap.

I haven't read anything about Bonds riding with the more established tours in Colorado like Ride the Rockies so he must be doing his own thing. Sure wish I was riding out there.

ETA: Found out thru other pics Bonds rides a Dogma.

The one sport with more of a doping problem than baseball. Jeez...

He probably has his blood engineered to be 99% Oxygen. Could probably win the Tour on a banana-seated Schwinn...

That will burn the calories quick. Just got started back a month ago and it's a really good workout. And a lot of fun, on the right roads.

He's blocking the numbers. Independence Pass is 12,095 feet above sea level. Air is rare up there, it's a beautiful ride/drive, and I would say he's in better shape than 99.9% of us to be able to climb from Aspen up that pass. If you ever have the chance to drive that and come back through Taylor Park into Crested Butte that is great summer drive. Of course that is all closed when most of you come out here for skiing.

The videos from 2011 and 2012 are flat out awesome. Would have to commit to some serious training to be able to "enjoy" it.
