The good: The Scarlet Knights gained 312 yards on the ground, stopped Kansas three times on fourth-down plays and had an effective pass rush for the first time this season, and ended all the nonsense comparisons that suggested this was a battle of the worst two "Power 5" conference programs in the country.

a good part of our being purported as one of the two worst teams is our off the field problems....

without that, RU being 1-2 coming into this
game, we would be no where near that, at this point in time..... we certainly could be considered a not good program with a murderous schedule coming up.....but not a bottom two team.

. we have to play better, of course, against the number one and number two
teams in the country in order not to be a bottom team from this point forward.

I hate Politi as much as most, but did you ever notice that the only time he ever defends RU is when outsiders start jumping on RU. He blasted ESPN for that last OTL episode and has been very vocal about the ridiculous Kansas comparison.

I don't know the man but I never bought the notion that he hates RU. Calls it as he sees it like Tom did before he became Julie's bodyguard.
