This summer, I felt that Dixon and Ducre would be the one-two punch that other schools enjoyed (Williams-Brown, McFadden-Jones) for us this year, obviously to a lesser degree than. But, I still felt like it was our strength.
Now, it's become "it's all on Dixon. We may play Bonner ahead of Ducre."
I don't know if it's because Croom didn't recruit Ducre, or what it is. But, you and the majority of us see a back that can move two people if they're not set when he hits them. He hits the hole faster and harder than Dixon, because Dixon still looks for that shifty route instead of where the play is (supposedly) developing.
Croom isn't a coach, he's a father. He wants to keep his "family" intact. Unfortunately, Ducre is the poor neighbor's son that MSU took in, that Croom treats the same as the illegitimate !%@*@ that his ***** (MSU) had when he married her.
