Croom said he spoke with Tennessee coaches after the game for some critiquing of his club. He says it's a fairly common thing he does with teams he won't play again for a long time. He wouldn't say who specifically with whom he spoke. What did he learn? "They told us there were some things they saw in us, told us our game plan for them was one of the best we'd seen all year, we just didnt make some plays early," Croom said.

Cause he had nothing talent-wise on offense when he played UT (especially not after losing his top 2 QBs before the season even started and then losing 3 other key offensive starters in the 1st quarter of that game). I'm calling just more typical Crxxm ******** on that quote. And even if the quote is halfway true, I'd chalk it up to Fulmer not want to tell Crxxm to his face that his gameplan sucked.

Fulmer said that we used a power set to run the ball and set up the pass in the first quarter. He said we quit doing it and went to more of finesse running game out of the shotgun, more runs outside, etc. Fulmer said, "I don't know why they quit doing it, but I sure am glad they did."

So we move the ball right down field to start the game, miss some wide open receivers early that would have been huge plays, and then we quit doing those things. Nice in game adjustments Croom.

It's a shame State's coaching staff are being dragged down by these good-for-nothing players. Someone must be held accountable for the lack of talent and execution the players display every weekend! But who? Hmmm.....

"Please validate what we're doing. Please! Please! Please!"

It CAN'T be common practice for a coach to ask his opponent to critique his team right after they play. If that's the case, I find that surprising.

How did this information about Croom talking to a Tennessee staffer (somebody that McCorvey is friends with, I'm sure) come to light? I can't imagine that a reporter asked him, "So Coach Croom, did you get feedback on your game plan from the Tennessee staff after the game?"

This has got to be another one of those Croom shooting off at the *** specials designed to make him look competent.

It ain't working Croom.

Hey, Byrne! It's TIME, MFer.

Nick Saban after their game to ask the same thing. I would love to know what Nick told him; I'm sure the UT coaches were nice about it though.

Jackie ran down Tuberville after the game in 1999- he wanted him to critique us.

Jackie was "discussing" with Tommy West. He just wanted sockless to ring him up after the game and discuss the game plan.

I don't care to hear another word out of Croom's mouth or to watch another game of a Croom-coached team. I'm done. From hear on out, I will watch this tragicomedy from as far away as possible.
