Probably touched the turf less than 2 inches from the goal line. One thing's for sure: no matter what call made by the offficials on the field, there was no way there was enough evidence from the cameras to reverse the call. That was as close to a TD and you can possible get without being awarded 6 points.
So I will restate my opinion: the ball came to within an inch of the goal line, maybe even touched it. Where did the officials spot the ball for the 3rd down play?
