I wish there wasn't so much hype around this team and I really hope it doesn't go to our player's heads that they are something special. We are not the 5th best team in America, most of the other publications have it right near 15. And that is generous in my opinion (sorry Engie) We need to have the underdog mentality. "We're back!" No the 17 we are not. Do it on the field and get us back before making such a arrogant marketing campaign.

The biggest obstacle to success this year will come from the same place it did last year, John Cohen.

I just don't understand how the same people that rip Chris Wilson and Les Koenning for scheme (rightly so) are able to watch our baseball team last year and not say ****

I really don't think people realize our futility COMPOUNDED by the fact that we have NO depth.

No talent + no depth means long long long year. 5-7 wins this year. RR should win COTY with any total in the double digits

We won't get to 10 wins.
Last season South Carolina, the SEC's worst team won ten games. They had 14 OOC games, 9 against non-BCS schools. They also won 2 SEC games.

I think that our team will win 1 SEC game but just for argument's sake I will give us 2. I also think we are the worst team in the SEC this year so I will base our OOC like SC's last year.

Our OOC features 12 OOC games (including Chaminade and Butler/Marquette loser) with 9 against non-BCS schools

SC OOC was 8-6 57%
To be 57% would mean that we would go 7-5. 2 SEC wins gets us to 9. And as I said earlier I think this team only wins 1 SEC game, making my prediction 8.

And remember this is comparing us to a USCe team that we barely beat in OT last season.

You are incredibly wrong here, I predicted 7 OOC wins with 1 SEC win. After the circumstances you mentioned we are now bumped down to 6 total wins (assuming we beat NO)

Bwahaha your "prediction" was a 6 game blanket and you still barely caught our win total. The way I see it I predicted 8, you predicted 12.5 (mean of 10-15) so I was half a game closer than you!
