The Big 10 and SEC are the top dawgs and can have any program that want. And any program given that invite will take it regardless of what they may say otherwise. So the PAC 12 is dead and beyond saving. ACC's only hope is that when the inevitable poaching of their best programs does occur that they have built up enough of a mid range "Power 5" roster to compete with the Big 12 and not lose their next best programs to the Big 12 like the PAC did after they were poached.
