This guy is 26 years old and never graduated from High School. Joined the Air Force when he was 17 and earned his GED. Served in Iraq and Qatar.

<span id="Content">He attended Windsor Forest High School but did not play
basketball...was cut from the freshman team and did not play organized
basketball until joining the Air Force in 2003.</span>
<span id="Content"> Was a member of the United States Armed Forces All-Star
team that competed in the 2008 International Military Sports Council
Basketball Championship...named the tournament MVP and to the
All-Tournament team...led the USA to the championship of the event with
an 84-74 victory over Lithuania...totaled 12 points, 18 rebounds and
six blocked shots in the championship clinching game against
Lithuania...was first seen by Seminole head coach Leonard Hamilton in
2005 in Las Vegas at a U.S. Armed Forces All-Star tournament.</span>

It always amazes me when i hear about some guy with excellent talent and potential and they didnt play organized basketball until they were out of or nearly out of high school.

From what i understand, James grew a good bit after leaving HS. But the guys that kill me are the post players who didnt play organized basketball. How the hell did someone not drag their *** into a gym before?

James looks like he has a career somewhere with basketball, and he is clearly OK with world travel, that could be a very lucrative combination.
