when you said you didn't like Byrne - why didn't you like him? Just curious.

Did Meoff and Johndawg sneak in some whiskey and start early? Couldn't make it this week, my ride is in shop today getting new tires, rims, a lift kit and a Budweiser paint job...

that the mandid some good things.Mostof the recent and ongoing improvementsto our facilities happened on his watch.Iwas in favor of and support his hires.I applaud Byrne forgetting us started down the path to relevance. From the outside looking in, it appearshe did a great job in his brief stint as AD. I guess history will tell the tale.

Anything else I write will be misinterpreted.

Who would want an AD who did good things, improved facilities, and made good hires?</p>

I never thought of it that way, thanks for helping me see the real Greg Byrne.

...I will never speak badly of...Doc Fogelsong and Greg Byrne. Doc may have been pissing in the dandelions and performing embarrassing flyovers, but I don't care. He stood up to the establishment and showed Larry Templeton the door. They should let himfly that damnthing every week. I don't care if Byrne was paying for hookers with his university credit card...he was willing to face the flack for showing Croom's worthless *** the door. No matter what either of these guys did that could be construed as bad, the good will always outweigh it as far as I'm concerned.

No, we'd need to hire Mike Price for that.
