Just finished watching the game and was very impressed by both teams.
GW will be dangerous come playoff time. You could barely notice that they were without their starting quarterback. They were the test that Glass needed. Speed all over the field, and the playcalling was superb. Howard, Dixon and Hairston are no doubt top athletes in 4D. When they get special teams straightened out they'll be a problem.
Glass offense still rolled. I don't think there is any player or defense right now that can shut down Eli Wood. Had 8 catches for 88 and a TD. He is a playmaker. The past 2.5 games he has had two guys covering him, and still goes up and gets the ball. He has at least one unreal catch with defenders draped over him a game. I also like the fact that Coach Woody has at least 5 or 6 guys running the ball a game. George White does what he is supposed to do (distribute the football), and he is a LEADER. Big props to #55 Jack Moore at center for holding it down Friday against definitely a top NG in Class 4 in Ahmad Poole.
Glass defense was shorthanded and it showed. Had 2 corners out Friday. At least 2 of GW's TD's came from one side of the field that wasn't locked down. Glass' defense hadn't been tested in the first 2 games, so it was good to play a good opponent like GW to show what they need to fix heading into the Jug Bowl.
